The launching of latest Cool Biz Plus 2008 had been organized at Tokyo Mid Town. Compare to the previous Cool Biz and Uchi-Eco campaign, this year campaign is promoting something more than Cool Biz itself and called it "Plus". The Plus could be any of the environmental friendly actions, such as using the eco-beg when buying things, bring own water bottle, bring "My Hashi" (chopstick) etc. The campaign was launched by the Mr Kamoshita, current Minister of Environment of Japan. Mr Kamoshita was wearing the Cool Biz style by removing the necktie. Tokyo was still cool this year in the early June.
